Q) WHY SHOULD I USE
A REALTOR?
A) If you're not using a Realtor you're not being represented by
a professional that knows how to handle all the situations that
can arise in a home purchase or sale. It is truly in your best interest
to have a Realtor you like on your side when shopping for a house.
Even the state realizes that you are better protected against unfair
practices using a licensed professional.
Q) WHAT IS THERE TO KNOW ABOUT BUYING A HOUSE?
A) Although it's true you should do your homework and know the processes
you'll be going through, don't worry about becoming a expert, you
can rely on me to handle the details and call your attention and
focus to what really needs it.
Q) WHAT SHOULD I LOOK
FOR IN A REALTOR?
A) Most importantly you should like the agent you are working with.
This simple fact opens the lines of communication which is key when
dealing with a major business transaction. Secondly, if you ever
have any real problems don't hesitate to switch and use another
agent.

Q) WHAT DOES "AGENT"
MEAN?
A) It means that you are working with a licensed Realtor and that
I am bound by a 'Code of Ethics' and
'Standards of Practice'. My goal is to provide the best service
possible and get you into your perfect home. The happier you are
the happier I am!
Q) CAN YOU HELP ME
GET A LOAN?
A) From credit coaching to rate shopping, I can do everything but
give you your down payment. I know what it takes and can prepare
you for the unexpected. I have affiliation with one of the largest
lender networks, affiliates who want to get you that loan.
Q) HOW HARD IS IT
TO GET FINANCED?
A) The hardest
part is deciding how much you can spend. It really all depends on how much money you make and how much money you want to use for a down payment. All that will effect your final payment and ultimately how much you'll be allowed to "afford".
Q) HOW CAN YOU HELP
ME?
A) I can show you how to best present your current financial situation
and to understand how that will effect your buying power. I always
say, "it's easier to buy a house than to buy a car".
