My approach is simple. I deal honestly and direct. You may find me wearing jeans and boots at showings so I don't worry about getting a little dirty if I need to check out a crawl space or climb into an attic. If you are buying, we'll sit down and go over everything you want to find in a home. I take careful notes but realize that searches can go in many directions at once! I'll make sure you understand the whole process from loans, to offers, to closing. You don't want to waste too much time looking at houses that aren't right for you, so I'll work hard to make sure the gems come to the surface.

When we find a home that feels right, I can help you keep an eye out for some common problems and not so common ones that many condo's and houses may have. Guiding you through a home inspection and sorting out the mortgage process, I'll keep you on track for a happy closing.

 

If you are selling your home or condo, I'll make sure your house get noticed on the market. I have many marketing tools at my disposal and an eye to make your place look great for prospective buyers. I'll tell you how to make small changes, if needed, to raise the curb appeal of your property. I use targeted marketing flyers and mailings featuring high quality photo's of your home and aimed where your buyers are coming from. There is lots to do when selling a condo to get all the paper work in order for your association and I can help make sense of it all. I will always be there to do my own showings and open houses and I'll never use a lock box!
